I enjoyed this a few days ago. My hands are way too stiff to ever do that on a guitar.

I know, it's amazing. I have no idea who the guy is. It looks like he mostly hits the strings, rather than plucking them. Go to YouTube and search "guitar tapping" and you can find some other videos of similar techniques. A good one is by a guy named Eric Mongrain. He plays with the guitar flat on his lap like a Dobro.
The musician's website is www.justinking.com, and there are a few more videos there. One shows him playing a guitar with two necks! It's right after the footage of him getting a new tattoo. :-S
